Web Site Leasing
Companies lease trucks, copiers and other equipment regularly. Link 2 is now offering web site leasing programs to qualifying businesses. Link 2 is known for building web sites that drive business. We have many successful case studies showing how to develop a successful web strategy. We also know the challenges of being a small business. Cash flow is almost always an issue. Trying to come up with enough money to build a good web site can be difficult. Leasing a web site through Link 2 just might be the right answer for your future prosperity and still have cash around today!
What Businesses Qualify For Web Site Leasing?
First, your organization must qualify for the web site leasing program. What we like to see is a small business that has an opportunity to build business on the internet. If there is too much competition on-line against you, it will be harder to develop a web site that builds business. We would prefer that you market your business another way, rather than build an unproductive web site. Your web site does not have to be a major source of sales, but it needs to have the potential to help with sales or have another benefit. We also need a dedicated business owner that is willing to put some effort into developing a great web site presence with good content. Link 2 also requires a credit check of the business owners social security number(s) and/or a credit check of the business. Not all businesses will qualify for our web site leasing program.
How Does Web Site Leasing Work?
For those businesses that qualify, the web site leasing program is simple. Link 2 will evaluate the kind of web site that you would like to build. A proposal will be assembled showing all web site pages with their functionality specified. A price for the web site project will be given so you may decide to simply pay Link 2 to develop the site in a traditional manner. Options will be given for leasing the same web site with different terms: There is no interest charged, but a monthly payment plan will be determined (12, 24 and 36 month plans may be offered). The web site will be hosted on Link 2 servers and all content will be owned by Link 2 Communications, LLC until the lease agreement is satisfied.
Web site leasing plans can be assembled a number of ways. You may choose to put some money down, which would allow for a lower monthly payment. Or, you could put money down to allow you to take a shorter lease term. Fixed costs, such as SSL certificates, will be payed for by the client outside of the lease agreement.
Web site hosting will be integrated into monthly payments for the term of the lease. Web site hosting is an on-going expense past the lease term. After the lease agreement is satisfied, you may choose to continue to host your site with Link 2 or move to a different web site hosting company.
